A BIG thank you to MGS Student Council for your generous donation to the Playground! Student Council held a Coin Wars fundraiser and the top three classes earned a donut party! Congratulations to Mrs. Southerland's 5th grade class, Ms. Vogel's Kindergarten class and Mrs. Phillip's 4th grade class who won the donut party! A BIG thank you to all the students who turned in money for the fundraiser!

The Girls Cross Country Team finished 3rd at Sectionals and earned a place in State Meet next weekend! This is the first girls team to qualify for state in 12 years! MGS also had 2 boys qualify individually! Congratulations to all and good luck at State!

The MGS parking lot and playground blacktop will be getting resurfaced & relined this weekend. The lots will be closed starting Friday morning through Tuesday morning (it will be open for school). Unfortunately, any cars parked in the lot during this time will be towed. Please do not walk on any of the blacktops this weekend. Thank you for your understanding.
