Congrats to a great basketball season. 8th grade boys played hard tonight! Both teams end the season with wins and bring home state trophies. 8th with a third place and 7th as State Champs! We are Redbirds! What a fun ride!

Redbirds fought hard but came up short v the Bulldogs by a final score of 62-50. They will play next Thursday in the 3rd place game at 6:00. We are Redbirds!

Walk of Champions today for our 8th grade basketball team and competition cheer team as they prepare to compete at state. 8th grade team will be playing at Tolono Unity on Saturday at 2:30 and the cheer team will be performing on Wednesday at the Civic Center. Thanks to the band and dance team for helping celebrate during the Walk of Champions. We are Redbirds.

For 100 day, first grade had a goal to bring in 100 food items for a local food pantry. They exceeded their goal and brought in 245! Great job, first grade!





TazWood Conference Spelling Bee




Congratulations to Zoey Driskell and Kelsey Hart for representing our MGS family at Eureka High School today in the Spelling Bee. Both girls faced some challenging words! Zoey finished in the top six spellers! Kelsey earned her way to the 2nd place Speller. We are proud of you both!! Way to go Redbirds!
