Metamora Grade School

Metamora Kids Wrestling Club is hosting registration for the 2024-2025 wrestling season on Sunday, October 20th and Monday, October 28th from 6-8pm. Please see the flyer for more information regarding registration. If you are on the fence and want to give wrestling a try before registration, come to open mat night Thursday, October 24th anytime between 6-7:30pm. Open mat is an opportunity to meet the coaches and learn about our MKWC program. Wrestling is open to boys and girls!

🥨PTO is sponsoring Swanee's Soft Pretzels for MGS staff this Thursday. Swanee's food truck will also be open to the public 10:30-12:30 in our front parking lot. Stop by and grab your own delicious pretzel!

Congratulations to the Cross Country team who participated in the Delavan Dare Classic on Saturday. The Girls varsity took 1st place, Boys varsity 9th place, Girls open 1st place, Boys open 4th place. The Community Holiday Basket Committee will be passing out gift cards to families that would like a little extra help this holiday season. If your family would like to receive a gift card to Metamora Kirby Foods and can pick it up on Saturday, November 23rd, please fill out the form below. You need to return this form to the school office by Friday October 25th. Gift card pick up is at the Christian Union Church in Metamora.
